Want Dementia? Just Ignore these 9 Controllable Risk Factors

I've never actually heard someone tell me, "I'm hoping for dementia. Hopefully I'll get it soon!" Of course not. But essentially, you may be telling your brain that it can feel free to hop on the road straight to Alzheimer's (or other kinds of dementia) by NOT paying attention to these 9 areas.
