I spend a lot of time talking about how wonderful exercise is (which explains why no one wants to hang out with me), but, though there is a long list of benefits, there's also a dark side to working out. Anytime you move your body, you run the risk of hurting yourself and there's an even bigger risk if you workout at the gym - More people + more equipment + a sudden desire to show off = A higher risk of injury.
