Tomorrow is next year. Crazy, isn't it? If you're into the resolution thing, I've got some great stuff for you to look at as you figure out how to get started.

Even if you don't make resolutions and have no desire to prepare for an entire year right now, this is a good time to take a pause and think about where you are. What did you accomplish in 2012? What are you proud of? How can you use that success to propel you into a healthy new year?
