| | Though 2012 had its share of drama in the yoga community (remember Anusaragate and the How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body fall-out?), I'm going to go on record and call it The Year of The Core. That way you get a good hamstring stretch and it's a safer position for the hip joints. To work on the core, you can bend your knees to lower your head to the floor before lifting into your tripod headstand. | | | | Related Searches | | | | Featured Articles | | | | | | Sign up for more free newsletters on your favorite topics | | | | You are receiving this newsletter because you subscribed to the About.com Yoga newsletter.
