Avoiding Turkey Butt This Thanksgiving

It's always a little shocking when Thanksgiving rolls around.  I'm not sure why, since it happens every year...It just seems like it should still be, like, August or something, right?

Most of us love Thanksgiving because we get to eat a lot of carby, starchy, fatty foods we don't get the rest of the year.  Which is fun, right?  What isn't fun is Turkey Butt.  I think you know what Turkey Butt is:  A phenomenon in which the amount of turkey ingested is directly proportional to how wide your butt will spread in response.

Let's pre-game with with a few lower body exercises, shall we?
