Preparing for Thanksgiving Week Means Eating Balanced Meals

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love the food, the company, the aroma that lingers in the air - everything about Thanksgiving makes me happy. And I love preparing for it too. While many of us think its best to limit our intake of food in order to save room for extra portions on Thanksgiving day, the opposite is true. Instead, eating balanced meals for the week can help you to feel energized and stick to your health goals. To stay on track and avoid overeating, try some of these breakfast, lunch, snack and amazingly strange food combinations. Happy Turkey Day!
