Strawberries
I love all kinds of berries, but I think strawberries are my favorite. They're low in calories, rich in flavor and they're very good for you because they've got lots of vitamin C, the B vitamin folate, fiber plus healthy phytochemicals.

Health Benefits of Eating Berries
Berries are great sources of vitamins and phytochemicals so add some berries to your healthy diet. Different types of berries include strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, blueberries, loganberries, and bilberries.

Blueberries
Blueberries are one of the easier superfoods to find because they are available in grocery stores all year long. Eating blueberries may help to reduce your risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Learn more about the superfood powers of blueberries.
