Surviving The Holidays With Overactive Bladder
There are a number of things you can do to beat overactive bladder during the holidays. For example, avoid alcoholic beverages which tend to make you need to urinate more often.

Holiday Eating When You Have OAB
From festive parties to family feasts, it's the season for holiday eating. But when you have overactive bladder (OAB), it pays to think before you eat. Between the spicy appetizers, chocolate treats, and alcohol-spiked eggnog, you could end up spending your holidays in the bathroom.

Urinary Tract Infections
The urinary tract is the body's filtering system for removal of liquid wastes. Because we have a shorter urinary tract, women are especially susceptible to bacteria that may invade the urinary tract and multiply -- resulting in infection known as a urinary tract infection, or UTI.

Frequent Bladder Infections Could Signal Something Else
The pain in your pelvic area tells you something is definitely wrong. You also have sudden, strong urges to urinate, even when you don't have much urine to pass. And you find yourself going to the bathroom a lot more often than usual.
