Pose of the Week - Knees, Chest, and Chin
I feel like knees, chest, and chin has fallen out of favor lately, and I'm campaigning to bring it back. Everyone is in such a hurry to get their workout on that they jump right into the chaturangas without much of a warm-up. I really enjoy taking those first few vinyasas to bring some movement into the spine and shoulders. Knees, chest, and chin is also a great option to use late in your practice session when you're getting tired and those chaturangas aren't going down so crisply anymore. Viva!
