 When we "lose" that hour to Daylight Saving Time, many people miss it! It represents either an hour of sleep we've missed or an hour that we could be doing something we actually enjoy, rather than activities we feel forced into. Sensing from readers in past years that this is often a source of stress, I've put together a collection of resources that can both help you to get better sleep, and help you to maximize your time so you can find unused hours elsewhere in your schedule.
