News: Peanuts, But Not Peanut Butter, Are Linked to a Longer Life

A brand new study has drawn a strong link between folks who eat 10 grams of nuts or peanuts per day and a lower risk of dying from many major causes of death, like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

Not so with peanut butter.

Why the discrepancy? It might be because peanut butter is so often loaded with trans fats, oils, salt and sugar, which might inhibit the health benefits. But that doesn’t mean you should avoid peanut butter – it just means you should pick the right kind. Find out how to do that below.
