 It's summer! Time to have a picnic, sit by the pool or on the beach, cook outside, and have informal get-togethers with friends and family. Sometimes disruptions in our routines can throw us off of healthy eating, but we don't need to let that happen. Summer is a great time to be a low-carber!  Enjoy!  Laura
