Recover from the Weekend by Eating Clean

If you overindulged this weekend, it's no reason to throw in the towel and forgo healthy eating altogether. Let it go and move on. Start the week off right by eating clean. Stock up on non-starchy vegetables, healthy snacks and other food staples. But first, clean out your refrigerator to make room for all the new healthy eats.
