Today's topic is brought to you by Last Thursday, which is the day I had an Embarrassing Gym Moment. I don't want to give everything away here, but I will say it involved a series of events that led to a situation that, quite possibly, could be defined as involuntary manslaughter.

Of a cardio machine, not a person, just to be clear.

As of today, there was still a big red "THIS MACHINE HAS BEEN MURDERED" sign on the poor machine I slaughtered, so let this serve as a kind of get well card...and a reminder to always secure your towel in a safe, out-of-the-way place (rather than, say, shredded inside the pedals of an elliptical trainer).
