Whenever I ask my clients if they did their workouts for the week, I almost always get this question: "Do chores count?"

That depends on the chore, doesn't it? For example, if one were to, say, clean lint from one's belly button, I would say no...that doesn't count as exercise. However, if one, say, gave one's cat a bath (and lived through it), that might count for two workouts, depending on the response of the cat.

And the amount of blood-loss to the owner.
