Pose of the Week - Warrior III - Virabhadrasana III
Even after all these years of yoga, I still have a hard time sensing my alignment in warrior III. Using a wall and a chair can help. You'll want to stand about a leg's length from the wall and use the wall as a prop for your back leg. With your foot flat against the wall and your lifted leg as close to parallel with the floor as possible, work on squaring your hips. The chair goes in front of you for balance. Hold on to it if you need to. After playing with both sides, try the pose away from the wall and feel the difference.
