Whenever people in my life hear that I've written a book on stress or that I write about stress management for About.com, the most common question I get is, "So what's the best way to relieve stress?" The interesting thing is that there are multiple correct answers to this question, depending on the person. That said, there are some much more effective ways to relieve stress, and some strategies that people use that really tend to create more stress in the long run.
