You know you've got some good recipes when people ask you to bring your low-carb desserts and side dishes to Thanksgiving again and again. It's a great way to go, as you can stick to your low-carb eating more easily that way, too! Enjoy your holiday preparations! Laura

 


Mashed Cauliflower
The classic substitute for mashed potatoes, avoiding one of the biggest contributors of high-glycemic carbohydrates to the holiday table! Or gussy it up and make this Mashed Cauliflower Gratin (I always get great comments on that one.)

Green Bean Casserole
You can use fresh, frozen, or canned green beans in this low-carb version of a classic.

 


Sweet Potato Casserole
I just found out that a lot of people call this casserole "Sweet Potato Crunch", because of the crunchy pecan topping.  Although sweet potatoes aren't low in carbs, they are highly nutritious, so this sugar-free version of the original is a great place to spend  your carb allowance, or have a bit of a splurge.

 


Easy Spinach Casserole
Made with cream cheese and cheddar cheese, it's a yummy way to get your greens!
