Lululemon sure knows how to keep themselves in the news, don't they? I've covered quite a few of their antics over the past few years, from public relations stunts to manufacturing defects to, quite often, their outspoken founder.

I was kind of hoping that if I ignored the latest Lululemon gaffe it would just go away, but this story has legs. Legs with thighs that rub together. So let's just briefly recap what's been happening...

Pose of the Week: Camel Pose - Ustrasana

After a weekend of classes with some of yoga's highest profile teachers at Wanderlust Austin, my biggest asana takeaway came from the way Shiva Rea taught camel pose. Shiva is known for her fluid approach to vinyasa yoga, which this camel definitely exemplifies. Instead of dropping the hands directly to the heels, first place both hands to your sacrum to start the back bend. Then take your right hand across the front of your body to the left side, straightening the right arm. Revolve the right arm up and back as you circle the right hand to your right heel. Pause there for a moment and then release and do the same thing on the left side. Play with moving back and forth, circling your arms as you go.
