 Some find that they are a little less happy this time of year.  Shorter days can mean less sunlight, which can affect mood.  Colder temperatures can make it more difficult to get outside and move.  The holidays are over (though you can use these strategies to remain holiday-jolly all year long), and most people will not be taking vacations anytime soon.
