If we talk about getting 'results' from our workouts, what do we usually mean? I guess that depends on the person but, for many of my clients, they mean losing weight. But do you know how slow weight loss is? And how it's not always linear? And how you don't even know what you're losing half the time?
Yeah, like that.
Which is why it's good to have a variety of ways to define 'results.' For example, I could determine that a good result is, say, going through a whole bunch of workout clothes in one week. More dirty clothes? Better results.
Just throwing it out there.
