Because I've Watched Thousands of People with Dementia Cope...

November is National Alzheimer's Disease and Family Caregiver's Month. The people affected by dementia- both those who are experiencing it and those who are caregivers- are near and dear to my heart.

I've known thousands of people with dementia and have watched their challenges, and I know they would support the topic I'm emphasizing today: making a New Year's resolution that should NOT wait until New Year's.
