Relieve Stress With Kindness

This week is World Kindness Week, which is also a great week to focus on kindness, think about all the ways that kindness helps us relieve stress, and increase the kindness in our lives this week.  This newsletter brings new ways to think about kindness, research on how kindness actually can build resilience to stress in you and those you love, ideas on spreading kindness, and more.  And, as always, you can connect with me on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest for more stress management resources throughout the week.  Have a great week!
