I hope you all are having wonderful low-carb holidays. But I'm realistic, and I see the numbers on my site -- hardly anyone is coming on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but on the 26th people start coming back. Nevertheless, my newsletter automatically goes out every Monday, even if there's no one to read it! If you are getting ready to start again this week or next, this is my "get ready to reboot" newsletter.
