I can tell that summer is over by the fact that I'm sweating all the time. The reason I'm sweating is because I'm overdressed for my workouts. And why am I overdressed for my workouts? Because I treat any temperature below 50 as 'arctic.'

There's a proper way to dress for cooler fall weather and, despite the fact that I don't always follow the directions, it does make for more comfortable workouts.

I'm southern...what can I say?
