The word is out that fats "aren't all bad", that "small amounts of healthy fats" are "OK" to consume, but certainly we don't want to "go overboard". And you know what? Maybe it's true that people on high-carb diets should stay away saturated fats, although I think the evidence for even that is shaky. But here are some high-fat foods everyone should embrace. Also, the next in my series for low-carb vegetarians, and good choices for fall vegetables. Have a wonderful week! Laura
