Setting the Right Weight Loss Goals

Remember when you were 20-something and you could eat what you wanted and never had to workout and you thought you would be thin and energetic forever?

Did I just depress you?

I bring this up because sometimes we set weight loss goals based on the bodies we used to have.  And the bodies we used to have are gone, y'all.  And that isn't a bad thing - Having any kind of body is usually a good thing.  You just have to shift your goals to something less impossible.
