From Nancy Schimelpfening, your Guide to Depression
I have a blog post from about six years ago called "Does Chocolate Cause Depression?" that has received 96 comments over the years so it does seem that, for at least some, there is some kind of relationship between chocolate and depression; and, I just found a new study published this month that basically says the same thing. No one is sure whether chocolate causes depression or depressed people eat it to feel better, but there is clearly a link. What have been your experiences with chocolate? Do you notice that you feel worse after eating it? Or do you think you feel a bit better? Join the Discussion
