People either love or hate the neti pot. Devotees claim it helps reduce the chance you'll get a sinus infection to compound your allergies. | Kapalabhati Breath Personally, I prefer a few rounds of kapalabhati breath. This breath can be a little tricky to learn, so ask your teacher to show you if you don't know how. Seems like all my teachers have been breaking this one out lately. | Pose of the Week - Staff Pose - Dandasana Sitting up straight with your legs outstretched seems simple enough, right?
