At $29.95, Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy costs about twice as much as an average yoga DVD, so you'll want to get the low-down before putting your money on the line. I'll tell you up front, this video is definitely not boring.

| Pose of the Week - Standing Split
 Ever since I checked out the Yogalosophy DVD, I've been putting a little Mandy Ingber onto my poses. For instance, in standing split, raise and lower the lifted leg eight times. It makes me feel kinda Jane Fonda, which is always fun. A little toning never hurt anyone, right?
