From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
The words 'inspire' and 'exercise' don't always go well together and putting them together may cause, for some people, serious side effects (acid indigestion, convulsive and uncontrollable laughter or even extreme puzzlement). Still, there are people who get up every day and exercise...rain, sleet, snow or warm bed, they never miss a workout.

To keep going, these people no doubt use a host of tools: Discipline, habit, guilt, goals, rewards, etc. But maybe inspiration plays a role here, too. Think of what happens when you're driving and you pass someone jogging. You look at them and think, "I think I'll go jogging as soon as I get home!"

Or, maybe what you really think is, "Look at her/him running by without a care in the world, not realizing how much he/she is reminding me of the workout I missed this morning. I hope he/she gets a side stitch. Wait, that was mean. I shouldn't think things like that."

It probably depends on your mood.
