Nutrition Information for Chicken Breasts
Chicken breast meat is low in fat and has lots of protein. It also has zinc, iron and selenium. Chicken (like any type of protein source) is only healthful as the recipe the uses it. Avoid deep-fried chicken or heavy creams or sauces. Opt for low-fat recipes and baked, grilled or roasted chicken instead.

Nutrition Information for Sweet Potatoes
Did you know that yams and sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A and beta carotene? Sweet potatoes are also a good source of fiber. They have a naturally sweet flavor that doesn't need much extra seasoning, although they're often glazed or served in sweet potato pie.

Nutrition Information for Broccoli
Broccoli is one of those vegetables that most people either love or hate. Except for me. I like broccoli and I eat a lot of it, but I can't say I love broccoli. Of course, when I was a kid, I absolutely hated it, so I guess I've made some progress.

Nutrition Information for Quinoa
Quinoa (you pronounce it KEEN-WAH) is an ancient grain from South America. Well, actually it's a seed, but it's a member of the grains and cereals food group. It has a delicious nutty flavor and it's usually served the way you'd serve rice or maybe oatmeal. It's also a great source of dietary minerals like iron and magnesium.
