It's easy to slack off on our workouts without even realizing it.  Maybe you zone out during cardio or maybe you're not lifting quite as much weight as you know you could.  Or maybe you're not even exercising right now, to which I would say - Now is the perfect time to start.  Well, maybe tomorrow when we've caught up on our sleep.
