March is Nutrition Month!

First, I have to apologize, as I found out that a couple of weeks ago some of the links in my newsletter didn't work, so I am repeating them today.  Second, before March comes to a close, let's spend some time making sure that our low-carb diets are high in nutrients.  It's easy for people on restricted diets to stop paying attention to this, but let's not be those people!
