According to the recent Stress In America Survey from the American Psychological Association, Millennials and Generation X-ers are more stressed than other ages, and more stressed than they were last year! And while they also are more likely than older generations to report engaging in stress relief activities, they are most likely (1 in 4) to say they do not feel they are doing enough to manage their stress. So there's clearly a need for more people to engage in stress relieving activities, and to find a greater variety of them. If you have any extra time this weekend, here are some ideas of new habits to try, and ways to make them part of your lifestyle. Enjoy!
