Daylight Saving Time Workouts

We lost an hour.

I know.  That hour was like the best hour ever.  It was a Sunday hour...an hour that separated us even further from Monday.  And now?  It's gone.  Where does it go and why can't we have it back?

That is a question for the government, my friends.  In the meantime, I have some easy workouts to get you through the day.  Yeah, you still have to workout even without that hour.

Goodbye Sunday hour.  RIP
