Yesterday, many of us engaged in the "Spring Forward" aspect of Daylight Saving Time, where we "lose" an hour in the middle of the night, only to get it back in six months when we have an extra hour in one of our days in the fall. It's great to have extra daylight in our days, eventually, but most of us tend to miss that hour, which tends to throw off our schedules, making us tired and late to things for a few days. While I can't give you back your hour, I can give you some strategies for finding more time in your schedule, more energy to get things done, and a little extra optimism to get you through the next few days if you find yourself a little grouchy from the missing hour of sleep or down-time. As always, you can connect with me through Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest for more. Enjoy your week!!
