I recently posed a question to some of my clients: What's the hardest part about exercising this time of year? Their answers:

Client 1: "If I have to choose between picking up a dumbbell and picking up a fork with an oversized bite of pecan pie on it, which one do you think I'm going to choose?" Well, he does have two hands, doesn't he?

Client 2: "You think shopping this time of year isn't exercise? Try wrestling someone for the last Barbie Puppy Play Park and then get back to me." I'll just take her word for that one.

Client 3: "You're so inspiring, I have no trouble exercising this time of year!"

There's always at least one brown-noser in the bunch.
