How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
This is one of my favorite weeks of the year. Over the weekend, we set our clocks back an hour for Daylight Saving Time, effectively giving ourselves one extra hour of time in the day. (It usually takes me several days to adjust to the idea that it's still an hour earlier than it looks, and it's easier to get to bed early.) This week, I move through the day with that airy feeling of having extra time, which is something that many stressed people daydream about having, and I am again reminded of the importance of time management. Time management is a very effective tool for stress management. It can relieve stress directly, by helping you to be less busy during the day. It can also relieve stress indirectly by allowing you to find time for healthy activities like exercise, meditation, and getting adequate sleep. This newsletter brings tools to make time management part of your stress management plan, and feel like you have extra time all year long! As always, find more on Facebook and Twitter, and enjoy your week! --Elizabeth Anne Scott

More Ways To Turn Back The Clock
I love the idea of turning back the clock (and, like many, I wish I could have the experiencing of having an extra hour every weekend!) but living in an area that participates in Daylight Saving Time and waiting for Fall isn't the only way to participate in 'setting back the clock'. Read on for more ideas.

How To Repurpose An Extra Hour
I would love to give you a 25-hour day, every day! In lieu of that, I can help you look at your life and see where you can use your time differently, and I can give you ideas for how to make your time count the most. (It's really 'repurposing' an extra hour rather than 'finding' an extra hour in your day, but the results can be powerful either way.) These resources can help.
