Simple Tips For A Healthier Thanksgiving
Many people find themselves overindulging in less-than-healthy Thanksgiving fare (or enjoying too much of it) and regretting it. If you're looking for a healthier way to enjoy the holiday, or are looking for simple ways to live longer and get healthier all year long, read on! You'll learn about our free Healthy Monday newsletter, and find simple and actionable tips for enjoying Thanksgiving in a healthier way this year.

It's Not Too Late To Give Up Your "Should"s!
In case you missed it earlier this month (or if you saw it and would like an invitation to celebrate again), November 1st is "Give Up Your 'Should's Day," which is a wonderfully liberating observance. However, you really don't need to wait until next year to take ownership of this idea. In fact, going into the holiday season, perhaps every day contain less stress if there were fewer "should"s attached! If you're wondering if you could relieve stress by letting go of expectations you have of yourself that really aren't serving you, I invite you to read more about how to loosen your expectations of yourself, and just enjoy. You really should give it a try. (Sorry, I couldn't resist!)

Why I Give Thanks For Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. One thing I've enjoyed over the years--and something that's been even more fun as several of my friends have done this publicly on Facebook--is the act of counting the things for which I am grateful. Starting now and continuing through Thursday, if you're not doing this already, I would like to encourage you to revel in the things for which you are grateful. Read on to find out why this is such a good idea, not only for your happiness, but for your health.

Do You Know Where You Stand?
"Sometimes it takes a good fall, to know where you stand." --Hayley Williams
What does this quote mean to you, and how does it relate to gratitude? Here are two things that came to mind for me, with further tips on how to make this quote work as a stress relief prompt for you.
