If I have to pick a favorite comfort food, it would have to be chicken pot pie. Unfortunately, chicken pot pie is generally very high in fat, calories, and sodium, especially the ones you can buy in the frozen section of the grocery store. So I have come up with a lower-fat version that still has a flaky crust, a creamy filling, and which comes in a nice portion-sized dish.
