 Too late for what, you ask? You might already know. Last month when it became 2014, did you set any goals or resolutions? Did you think about what you might want out of the new year? In the past month, have you thought about any changes you'd like to make in your life? Many people set resolutions or goals each January, but studies show that by mid-February, many of these goals are forgotten, or motivation is lost. If this sounds familiar, I have news--this is actually part of the process of change! The important thing to remember is that you can't give up now.
