How long can you go without exercise before your body completely falls apart? That question is a lot like walking into a Ferrari dealership and asking "How much for that 458 Spider?" If you have to ask, you probably can't afford it.

Unfortunately, most of us can't afford longer than a couple of weeks without exercising. If you do find you're creeping over the line this summer, I can help you with some tips for maintaining a basic level of fitness.
