From Pam Stephan, your Guide to Breast Cancer
My sister is the gadget queen in our family. She gets the most good out of any electronic device you've ever seen. Health apps, e-calendars, chat rooms, and games - she can make them fly. Breast cancer? yes, there's apps for that, too!

Breast Cancer Apps Offer Mobile Support For Patients
How about a breast cancer support group that fits in the palm of your hand? That's what many new breast cancer apps aim to become. You can find these apps all over the web, often for a very low fee. Many are helpful, a few are not.
Got an app you like? Send in a review of it, and let's see what works for you.

Bad Hot Flashes - Lower Risk of Breast Cancer
I hate hot flashes, but if it means having a lower risk of breast cancer, then I'll try to endure them with grace. You see, a hot flash is a sign of low estrogen, a hormone that fuels the growth of many breast tumors. Hot flashes happen when I eat spicy food, consume caffeine, go out in hot weather, and write about hot flashes. So enough for now!

Breast Cancer and Young Women's Concerns
There's no good age at which to get breast cancer. But if a young, premenopausal woman is diagnosed with it, her worries will be different than an older woman's concerns. About 30% of all cases found in 2010 were young women. Relationships, dating, pregnancy, childraising, fertility, and body image all heavily impact a young woman. This article covers those topics, and a few more.
