| Could this be the year when low-carb eating edges its way into the mainstream? I've learned not to hold my breath, but there are encouraging signs, including a recent LA Times article where many nutritional experts back away from carbs, and the cover article on the Reader's Digest!! Also, although there truly is no one "best thing" among all the great things about eating low-carb, there is one that pops up again and again, whether cutting carbs for health, weight loss, or blood sugar control.
