It is officially fall, which means that everything good and fun and warm and happy in the world is now over. Okay, that's a bit dramatic and many people enjoy the crisp, chilly days of fall. If that's you, you don't need to do anything to get ready for the new season. For those of you who find the change to colder seasons more traumatic, I recommend therapy.

Retail therapy.

A new fall exercise wardrobe is a very practical expense. New clothes make you more motivated to exercise and quality pants, tops and jackets keep you warm, comfortable and dry during your workouts.

And I'm not just saying that to explain the extra large credit card bill that could be showing up in our mailbox next month.
