 | Well, it's been a long summer, and it still seems to be going on in a lot of places. But it's getting darker earlier and the evenings where I am are starting to get a bit nippy -- which is very welcome! Low-Carb Tamale Pie
This version of tamale pie has only 6.5 grams effective carbohydrate per serving, but all of the flavor of regular tamale pie.

| Low-Carb Tetrazinni (Chicken or Turkey)
This recipes uses spaghetti squash or shirataki noodles to substitute for regular spaghetti. This is comfort food in our house.
