Last week was stressful, to say the least, which forced many of us to examine our responses to stress. If you took a walk or run, hugged a loved one, pet a kitty cat, took deep breaths, did mindless chores, helped someone else in need and/or tried meditating, it's likely you've explored this issue before and found some decent stress-relieving tools in your toolbox.
