Pose of the Week - Crescent Lunge - Anjaneyasana
Did you ever give much thought to your hip creases before yoga (B.Y.)? I didn't, but I'm so glad to have found what makes them happy: anjaneyasana. This is one of the few poses where it's ok to take your knee forward of your ankle, which makes it perfect for getting into the tight places in your hips and quads. If you need modifications, we got 'em.
