If you are reading this, you are already taking important steps for stress management--good for you!! Because April is Stress Awareness Month, I encourage you to take it to the next level. Today--and for the rest of April--I'm going to be encouraging you to learn more, try new techniques, and make changes that will help you to minimize the impact of stress in your life. For your part, I would love to see you try something new--either read up on an aspect of stress you didn't know about, try a new technique that may work in your life, "join the conversation" about stress on Facebook, or in other ways take new steps toward managing stress and making your life what you've always wanted it to be. (And encourage your friends to do the same!) You can do it! --Elizabeth
